We recycle 98% of ALL salon waste. We have a small $2 Environmental Stewardship Fee charge that gets added to each ticket. This covers all recycling from hair clippings, used color tubes, hair foils, and over mixed color to name a few.

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to canceling/rescheduling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better space for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go for a haircut / or 48 hours for color appointments, we will have to charge an inconvenience fee. This fee will be 100% of your reserved appointment, UNLESS we can fill your spot from the wait list. This fee gets paid directly to the artist who had the time reserved for you.
